 FREESTYLE SATURDAY @thegymgroup_newark 🥊🥊 …my first proper boxing tuition and my turn to be a student 👩‍🎓! WOW 💥 what a workout thanks to my gym rival & Son @n.maan87 who btw had the patience of a saint 😇🤣 🙈

A lesson indeed on how to let go of control, relax and learn! Don’t think I’ll be squaring up to Tyson anytime soon but I loved it…what a blast 🥊🥊 💪🏼 I even felt so invigorated by it, I added a cheeky skip right after! Apologies for my lighting skills.
