𝑶𝑵𝑳𝑰𝑵𝑬 - It’s simple to use and is linked (with your permission) to My Fitness Pal, Fitbit, Apple and more. Every workout is planned out – right down to load (weight), repetitions and rest intervals. This way I can accurately predict your progress and eliminate the need for any guesswork on your part. If you are not sure about the correct form then don’t worry, I have a video like these attached for each exercise.
