EXERCISE OF THE WEEK β¦.QUAD KILLER π₯π₯π₯
The under rated Sissy Squat β¦ but not for the faint hearted! This is NOT easy, but I havenβt felt that instant pump on my legs in a while!! My new fav move πͺπΌπ₯
Try it if you dare ππͺπΌπͺπΌ β¦.oh and itβs easier if you dress like Lara Croft ππͺπΌ Have a great week ppl xx
HOW TO -
1. Lower your body into a squat by bending your knees and leaning your body backwards. Tight core needed here!!!
2. Squat as low as you can without losing your balance.
3. Push yourself back up to the starting position.
4. Repeat.
