Cancellation Policy
We understand life happens but we respectfully ask that clients give their trainer at least 24 hours cancellation notice. If a client does not cancel or reschedule an appointment at least 24 hours in advance, Health Hut UK reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee equivalent to a full personal training fee that would normally be charged for that training session.
If a client fails to appear for a scheduled appointment, Health Hut UK reserves the right to charge a no show fee equivalent to the personal training fee that would have been charged for the training session.
* All cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance by phone or email.

Refund Policy
Personal Training purchases are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Programs must be completed within the timeframe specified on the plan, unless otherwise agreed in writing with your Personal Trainer.
If you are no longer able to continue exercise for medical reasons, you may be able to extend the expiration of the sessions or in some instances freeze them until such time as you are able to return to physical activity.
Please note an official medical report will be required in these circumstances and any exemption from our standard terms and conditions remains entirely at the discretion of ‘Health Hut UK’.
