This way I can accurately conduct a full-scale audit of your dietary habits and make positive changes that are particular to how you eat.
I'm 4 weeks into a 12 week online training plan with Shelley and it's been great so far. I was nervous about training in the gym and unsure what to do, but following set sessions has been really good. The training app is easy to use and record workouts, as well as having videos to make sure I'm doing the exercises correctly. Shelley is so supportive and even though it's an online programme Shelley is available for help and is really encouraging. The mixture of gym and home based sessions has been great for me to fit in around other commitments and I'm already seeing results. I can't wait for the weeks to come! Thank you Shelley x
