I believe a strong body represents a strong mind, and a strong mind allows you to achieve anything you want.
This includes scheduled workouts, from resistance training to cardio and active rest sessions. You will complete our detailed assessment and appraisal forms where we learn not just the hard facts of your previous exercise experience and medical history, but also seek to understand exactly what motivates you in the pursuit of your own unique goals.
Every workout for the period is planned out – right down to load (weight), repetitions and rest intervals. This way we can accurately predict your progress and eliminate the need for any guesswork on your part. If you are not sure about the correct form then don’t worry, we have a video attached for each exercise.
This unique offering is the same as us training you in person with one very important difference - You MUST be motivated to get the most out of this. Without the benefit of our one to one in personal training you will need to be dedicated, disciplined, and focused. Anything less and you will be wasting your money and our time.
We will be checking in with you regularly, to see how you are doing and will be available for scheduled skype/telephone calls for anything you may not understand or want to change or improve on. IM is also available on the go.
We ask every new client to keep a food diary of exactly what is consumed, a great tool to track this is MyFitnessPal, offering a free version. With your permission, this app can be linked to your account to monitor your progress moving forward.
This way we can accurately conduct a full-scale audit of your dietary habits and make positive changes that are particular to how you eat.
