I require you to complete a questionnaire to understand exactly what your lifestyle and specific goals are.

Direct access to your Trainer and our private Fitness Group where you can ask any questions, share tips join group challenges or just meet new friends!
I will now create a truly unique training program based on your answers within 1-3 days.

I ask every new client to keep a food diary of exactly what is consumed, a great tool to track this is MyFitnessPal, offering a free version. With your permission, this app can be linked to your account to monitor your progress moving forward. This way I can accurately conduct a full-scale audit of your dietary habits and make positive changes that are particular to how you eat.

A Truly custom exercise programme tailored for You!
This includes scheduled workouts, from resistance training to cardio and active rest sessions. You will complete my detailed assessment and appraisal forms where I learn not just the hard facts of your previous exercise experience and medical history, but also seek to understand exactly what motivates you in the pursuit of your own unique goals.
Every workout for the period is planned out – right down to load (weight), repetitions and rest intervals. This way I can accurately predict your progress and eliminate the need for any guesswork on your part. If you are not sure about the correct form then don’t worry, I have a video attached for each exercise.
Direct Access to Your Personal Trainer
This unique offering is the same as me training you in person with one very important difference - You MUST be motivated to get the most out of this. Without the benefit of my one to one in personal training you will need to be dedicated, disciplined, and focused. Anything less and you will be wasting your money and my time.
I will be checking in with you regularly, to see how you are doing and will be available for scheduled skype/telephone calls for anything you may not understand or want to change or improve on. IM is also available on the go.

For clients who prefer to combine both Personal AND Online training, allowing them to focus on their fitness programme any time, anywhere, with access to their Trainer , exercise and nutrition data on the go!
What are the benefits of Online Training?Work out on your own schedule Since the workout sessions aren’t done in person, you can choose to workout anytime you like. Also many of my online workouts offer a lot of bodyweight exercises, which can be completed at home. You’re now in charge of your fitness! Affordability Not everyone can afford one-on-one gym sessions. Especially if you want to train more than once a week. Most online personal trainers charge a lot less for online training than in-person sessions. In some cases, you might find that an entire month of online training is less than one hour of one-on-one, in-person training. Your investment in your fitness stretches out a lot longer. Communication Online training, you can message your trainer through my training app. Being online means the lines of communication are always open. You probably get even more attention from your trainer because they are routinely checking in on you through the app. Motivation and Accountability While online training involves more self-motivation, your trainer is just a click away. I'll be messaging you to check in on your progress and making sure that you are completing your workouts. Seeing Results! Now that everything is online, it’s trackable. Want to know if you’ve ever done that many reps, or benched that heavy of a weight before?My fitness app will tell you if you’ve hit a personal best. Even stats like body weight and body fat percentage can be tracked and viewed on a graph over time. Skeptics think that the one downfall to online training is the safety factor. Online training is probably best suited for people who have some knowledge of fitness, and just need an extra push and some guidance to get in shape. I provide custom step by step exercise videos and clear instructions on how to do a specific exercise–and if all else fails, you can always message me with your questions if you’re unsure how to do it. You’ve got support and fitness advice on tap and conveniently in your pocket.
How long does it take to achieve my goals?All of our Online packages are designed to get you the results you desire in the shortest time possible. Results can be seen in as little as a month, however, 12 weeks is a more realistic timeframe as this how long most of our clients take to achieve their goals.
What if I am not local?One of the great things about Health Hut's Online Training is that you can take the training app anywhere you want with a WiFi/data signal. This allows you to train anywhere in the world - in your home, in a hotel, in your local gym or even in a park!

With your permission I can link your Nutrition tracking app, My Fitness Pal is a great one and it is free! I then have a week by week boost, and also I can spot any changes, adjustments that need to be made early on. Exercise VideosIf you are unsure or missed some key information in your 1-2-1 PT session , have no fear... you get full access to my private video library, that shows you step by step how to perform each training exercise. Incorrect form will become a thing of the past.

Accountability CoachAccountability coaching is a specific way for a person to reach their unique goals whilst having a guided built-in support system available to you daily , holding you to your choices and actions and encouraging you to keep moving toward your best self. This means that I will be checking in on your non - PT days to make sure you are progressing nicely, and you have all you need to stay focused. You get out what you put in :) I am here to make sure that happens.
