This program is for anyone looking to add  muscular size and improve strength.  If you are a beginner and need some guidance, or have been training for a while and have reached a plateau, we can help. ​ If you are a lady looking to maximise your physique with killer curves and muscle tone, this is the perfect workout for you and one we specialise in.  ​ We offer a fully personalised training programme to help you get results fast, safely and without adding unwanted fat! You need good nutrition and adequate rest to maximise your progress so your commitment should match ours, but as always, guidance and support will be given every step of the way.  You can expect progressive compound resistance/(weights) exercises, such as squats, dead-lifts, promoting maximum muscular size and strength.

Cancellation Policy

We understand life happens but we respectfully ask that clients give their trainer at least 24 hours cancellation notice. If a client does not cancel or reschedule an appointment at least 24 hours in advance, Health Hut UK reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee equivalent to a full personal training fee that would normally be charged for that training session. If a client fails to appear for a scheduled appointment, Health Hut UK reserves the right to charge a no show fee equivalent to the personal training fee that would have been charged for the training session. * All cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance by phone or email.
