Shelley Brackenbury

No fancy gimmicks or one liners ...

I am simply a 'real' fit and healthy Woman, who has been around the block of life, perfecting her toolbag of fitness training and nutrition.  

I have years of experience and fire in my belly to transform anyone who wants to try.  It's NEVER too late to start and you are NEVER too old. 

I will guide you on your nutrition, training and mindset and change the way you see yourself for good.

Includes a complete variation of workout programs, resistance training, cardio and active rest sessions, giving you a unique personalised exercise schedule at your fingertips, it's that simple. 

1. Download Mobile App

Upon sign up you will receive an email with a link to download our app so you can access your workouts anywhere, any time on the go.

4. Exercise video library

Our training programmes come with an instructional video for every exercise, so no more guessing or incorrect form.

2. Questionnaire

We require you to complete a questionnaire to understand exactly what your lifestyle and specific goals are.

5. Stay motivated with full 24/7 Support

Direct access to your Personal Trainer and our private Facebook  group where you can ask any questions, join group challenges or just meet new friends!

3.Training Program

We will now create a truly unique training program based on your answers within 1-3 days.

A Truly custom exercise programme tailored for You!

This includes scheduled workouts, from resistance training to cardio and active rest sessions. You will complete our detailed assessment and appraisal forms where we learn not just the hard facts of your previous exercise experience and medical history, but also seek to understand exactly what motivates you in the pursuit of your own unique goals.


Every workout for the period is planned out – right down to load (weight), repetitions and rest intervals. This way we can accurately predict your progress and eliminate the need for any guesswork on your part.  If you are not sure about the correct form then don’t worry, we have a video attached for each exercise.

Direct Access to Your Personal Trainer

This unique offering is the same as us training you in person with one very important difference - You MUST be motivated to get the most out of this. Without the benefit of our one to one in personal training you will need to be dedicated, disciplined, and focused. Anything less and you will be wasting your money and our time.  


We will be checking in with you regularly, to see how you are doing and will be available for scheduled skype/telephone calls for anything you may not understand or want to change or improve on. IM is also available on the go.

Nutritional Guidance & Reports

We ask every new client to keep a food diary of exactly what is consumed, a great tool to track this is MyFitnessPal, offering a free version. With your permission, this app can be linked to your account to monitor your progress moving forward.

 

This way we can accurately conduct a full-scale audit of your dietary habits and make positive changes that are particular to how you eat.

For clients who prefer to combine both Personal AND Online training, allowing them to focus on their fitness programme any time, anywhere, with access to their Trainer , exercise  and nutrition data on the go!

Personal & Online Training Programme


When you attend your personal 1-2-1 sessions, you can now feel confident that you can continue with the same specific programme that has been designed just for You! This will help you stay focused. All your unique exercises will be laid out in detail, sets reps and rest, to access anytime, anywhere. Simple!




HHUK Mobile Training App


Using Health Hut's integrated online training Mobile App you can record your progress pictures,weight and measurements. WIth your permission we can link your Nutrition tracking app, My Fitness Pal is a great one and it is free! We then have a week by week boost, and also we can spot any changes, adjustments that need to be made early on. All your information in one place for your 1-2-1 and your own online training at the tips of your fingers with a wifi/data connnection. On Google Play & Apple iTunes.




Body Progress Reports


Using Health Hut’s integrated online training mobile app to record your pictures, weight and measurements, it will be giving you a week-by-week boost, helping to track your progress and making it easy for us to spot any changes that need to made early on.




Assessment by an Expert Trainer


When you sign up, you’ll be asked to complete a detailed questionnaire which helps us to establish your goals and lifestyle and your 'fit for exercise' check, in person or online.




Exercise Videos


If you are unsure or missed some key information in your 1-2-1 PT session , have no fear... you get full access to our private video library, that shows you step by step how to perform each training exercise. Incorrect form will become a thing of the past.




24/7 Support


Full access to Health Hut’s private facebook forum. Ask any questions you want and interact with other group members, join group challenges and meet new people if you wish. Direct access to your Personal Trainer through our app or IM, we are here to answer any of your concerns.

Accountability Coach


Accountability coaching is a specific way for a person to reach their unique goals whilst having a guided built-in support system available to you daily , holding you to your choices and actions and encouraging you to keep moving toward your best self.

This means that we will be checking in on your non - PT days to make sure you are progressing nicely, and you have all you need to stay focused. You get out what you put in :) We are here to make sure that happens.
