1️⃣ Light Sumo Squat (5 x 12)
2️⃣ BB Hip Thrusts 5 x 8-10
3️⃣ Banded Body Squat Holds 4 x 10 (hold for 5 secs)
4️⃣ Banded DB Deadlift 4 x 15
5️⃣ Cable Single Leg RDL 4 x 12
