2ļøā£ BB Hip Thrusts 5 x 8-10
3ļøā£ Banded Body Squat Holds 4 x 10 (hold for 5 secs)
4ļøā£ Banded DB Deadlift 4 x 15
5ļøā£ Cable Single Leg RDL 4 x 12
