THE LANDMINE HACK SQUAT


Add this little gem to your lower body workout 😎 - it works the entire lower body — including the glutes, hamstrings, quads, and calves — as well as the core. 🔥




HOW TO -


Lift the weight up and place the bar on the shoulder of your choice. Lean your back against the plates so you're facing away from the landmine attachment. ... Squat deep and engage the quads 😎😎


It‘s always good to target your body from all angles and keep it interesting by using different pieces of kit, one of my favourites is the landmine. A great alternative to the machines.
