30 Minute Leg & Abs Home Workout

Bodyweight, 1 x Band, Stability Ball or similar.


WORKOUT


1. Forward Lunge 3 x 10 (each leg)


2. Band squats - 3 x 20


3. Bench Low Lunge

3 x 10 (each leg)


4. Cossack Squat - 2 x 10 (each leg)


5. Swiss Ball Lying Hamstring Curl 3 x10


TRI-SET / FLOOR

(15 Reps each leg x 3 Rounds)


1. Glute / Leg raise

2. Glute/Hamstring Curl

3. Donkey Kicks


💪🏼 You can use leg weights to intensify even more 😜🔥


STABILITY BALL ABDOMINALS CIRCUIT X 3 Rounds


1. Ball Pass X 10

2. Toe Reach X 10

3. Knee Crunches X10 Combo

4. Alternate Cross Crunch X10 (each side)

5. Sit Ups X 10

6. Ab Rollout X 10
